Out of Synch is a teaching method for conflict management. Students come to terms with their own conflicts in life, share them with others and invent ways to deal with them by participating in the filmmaking workshop. As a director, I provide students with a structure, a specific plan of action in which they ask one another about what makes them angry, and transform those circumstances into a series of dramatic enactments. In addition, I set up a situation where students have to solve a real-life problem together.
